Refund policy

Returns

Should there be an issue with your order, please e-mail me to let me know you will be returning it. When I receive it safely, and providing it is in good condition I will refund your order. I'm sorry but I can't cover the return postage.

If your order arrives damaged please let me know - just contact me on alicedrawstheline@gmail.com and if possible send a photo to show the damage. A refund or a replacement will then be sorted.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and should there be any issues please let me know as soon as you can and we can go from there.
