Shipping policy

I aim to post most items within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. My studio is in a lovely little village - which doesn't have a post office so I plan my trips to fit in with my working week. I usually go to the post office 3-4 times a week and 6 days a week in the build up to Christmas.

Downloadable/ digital items will magically be sent to you when you make your purchase for these.

Exceptions to this include personalised name prints as these take longer to design and then are printed by a local printing company and so the turnaround time is longer - usually about 7 working days. The other exception is bespoke products - the illustrated wedding bouquets for example. I like to allow 14 working days for these, after the receipt of your photographs for me to work from. 

Items are posted second class and standard international unless stated otherwise. I am based in the UK, so please allow time for your parcel to reach you wherever you are in the UK. There will be a postage receipt and reference number but not a tracking number unless it was requested.

You receive an e-mail when your order has been dispatched or when it is ready to be picked up from the studio (SY7 0DH, UK).
